Every day, the industrial production of bakery and confectionery products is growing, and people are increasingly returning to domestic and traditional products without additives and other harmful ingredients. Hearing from many people that for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays and gatherings they have nowhere to order small home-made products such as rolls, bagels, scones and the like. we realized that starting such a craft was a great idea.
During our studies at the Faculty of Food Technology, we gained a lot of knowledge about the technical and technological characteristics for running this business, and we gained experience by working in the Blaž craft, which produces such products in Našice and baking cakes for family and friends.
In short, Kuća Peciva is engaged in the production of bakery and confectionery products according to traditional recipes without additives and other harmful ingredients. These are products such as empty and filled rolls, bagels with jam and chocolate, scones with cheese, potatoes, cracklings, kuglof, pies, dry cakes (paws, linzers, ravioli, gingerbread)…
